Privacy Policy

• Account identifier. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a private, app-specific identifier and (optionally) your name. We do not receive your real Apple ID email unless you choose to share it.
• Photos you provide. The pet photos you select are used solely to generate your portrait. They are processed by our portrait-generation service and are not used to train third-party models or sold to anyone.
• Generated portraits. Portraits you create are stored on your device. Metadata about them (style, date, unlock status) is also stored locally.
• Purchases. When you buy 4K credits, Apple processes the payment. We receive a verified transaction record (no card details ever) to grant your credits. Your credit balance is stored in your account so it is available across sessions.
• Diagnostic data. We may log technical events (errors, request timing) to keep the service reliable. These logs do not contain your photos.

• To generate, display, save and share your portraits.
• To deliver and protect purchases of 4K credits.
• To keep you signed in and sync your credit balance.
• To diagnose problems and improve reliability and quality.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as our cloud backend and the AI image-generation provider), and only to the extent needed to provide the feature you requested. Apple processes all payments.

• Photos sent for generation are processed transiently and are not retained after your portrait is produced.
• Generated portraits remain on your device until you delete them.
• Your account identifier and credit balance are kept while your account exists.

• You can delete portraits from your device at any time.
• You can sign out from the menu.
• You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us at privacy@snibbo.org.
• Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Snibbo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including authenticated, encrypted connections to our backend. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
